Live Yoga & Pilates sessions for TV trainees

As part of a drive to support the well-being of our trainees, HEE-TV PSWS are pleased to offer the opportunity for trainee doctors, dentists and pharmacists to attend fully funded virtual Hatha Yoga and Pilates classes.
The sessions will run for four weeks from Monday the 14th June 2021 for Yoga sessions and Thursday the 17th June 2021 for the Pilates sessions.
Monday 18.30 – 19.30 Yoga
Thursday 18.00 – 19.00 Pilates
Attendance is flexible so individuals should register for the classes they can make on a week by week basis. Numbers for each class are limited and they will be filled on a first come first served basis. These virtual sessions will be delivered via Zoom.
