We here at the Thames Valley Professional Support and Wellbeing Service are funding another Hatha Yoga and Pilates session for the trainees, during these difficult times. It will be starting the week commencing 11th January 2021, and will be running for 8 weeks.

We have already run a successful pilot offering weekly yoga and pilates sessions and are pleased to offer another series of classes.
Attendance is flexible so individuals should register for the classes they can make on a week by week basis. Numbers for each class are limited and they will be filled on a first come first served basis. These virtual sessions will be delivered via Zoom.
New sessions will start in January.
Mondays 6.30-7.30pm Hatha Yoga (with a few mins breathing exercise/meditation at the end)
Thursday 6-7pm Pilates (with a few mins breathing exercise/meditation at the end)
